- Abdomen USG (best modality): Enlarged kidneys, multiple cysts throughout renal parenchyma, lobulated kidney

D. 경피적 신장 생검의 상대적 금기증
1. Small kidneys (<9cm), which are generally indicative of chronic irreversible disease
2. Multiple, bilateral cysts or a renal tumor
3. Uncorrectable bleeding diathesis
