Knee full extension을 시킨다. Cement가 열이 나므로 식을 때까지 Irrigation 해준다
cement에서 열이 나지 않으면 irrigation을 멈추고, 다시 knee flexion 시킨 다음 femoral
component intercondylar notch 부분의 cement를 osteotome 으로 제거 한다.
3) Trial Insert를 끼워 최종
