실험목적
Alcohol을 산화시켜서 ketone을 생성해보고, 산화․환원 반응을 이해한다.
알코올이란?
일반식을 ROH(R=알킬기)로 나타내며 알킬기의 이름에 올(-ol)을 붙힌다.
알코올 분자는 극성을 띤다.
하이드록시기(-OH)가 수소결합을 하기 때문
