Bleeding tendency의 원인은 크게 platelet의 양적 질적인 이상과 plasma protein이 부족한 두가지 로 나누어서 생각할 수있다. 전자의 원인에 의한 병을 primary hemostasis라 하고 후자의 원이에 의한 병을 secondary hemostasis라고 한다.

11) Pruritus : 치료 어려워
- emulsifide oil 도포, antihistamine
12) Hyperuricemia : 치료 안하는게 원칙, 심하면 allopurinol(대사물 독성 강하다)
