Finding Right hepatic lobe의 inf. segment에 비교적 경계가 잘 지워지는 약 5.2x3.8x6cm의 irregular peripheral enhancing mass가 있으며 delayed phase에서 centripetal enhancement pattern을 보임. 이 mass의 중심부에 enhancement 되지 않는 necrotic portion이 있음.
