6. Methods
① 증류수를 slide glass 위에 한 방울 떨어뜨리고 균을 loop로 덜어 도말한다.
② 공기 중에서 건조시킨다.
③ 도말 된 균 반대면으로 알코올 램프 위를 스치듯 통과시켜 열로 고정시킨다
