Conclusions
1. The Al pigments can hold the Zn corrosion products in the Al valleys and increase the barrier effect of the coating film even under a severe corrosive environment.
2. Both flake and spherical powder type Al pigments are same effective on the anti-corrosion property.
3. Two coat system of Zn type inorganic paints is proposed for more effective anti-corrosion properties under a severe corrosion attack.

Conclusions
