Various theories of management have been argued as a contentious issue among many experts from diverse perspectives. Especially, scientific management is still one of the most argumentative theories cross the world over a century (Witzel, 2005, p. 89). Amco Electronics and its parent Electro Holdings are issued in this paper because of adoption of scientific management. This essay aimed to analyse how scientific management limits Amco Electronics to reach its expectation and to suggest solutions for augmenting its performance. Therefore, this essay will explain how scientific management affects on the modern organisation and identify how it is utilised in Amco Electronics and then, this essay will help Amco Electronics to find out what things to restrict its development and how to solve the matters so as to leap freshly.
