Gaussian Program 이 설치된 컴퓨터
5. Procedure
① Gaussian이 설치되어 있는 system에 자신의 환경파일을 setting해 주어야 한다.
② 적당한 편집기를 이용하여 input file을 작성한다.
(일반적인 경우에 임의로 정해도 무관하나 여기서는 input file의 확장자는 .com 그리고, output file의 확장자는 .log를 사용하도록 한다.)
③ Route section에는 #, theoretical method, basis set, command 등이 들어간다.
④ Title section을 작성한다.
⑤ Charge & Multipl.에 charge와 multiplicity를 기록한다.
⑥ Molecule specification section을 작성한다.
⑦ Input file작성이 끝나면 Run키를 누르고 저장한다.
⑧ 작업이 끝나면 Output file을 보도록 한다.
