　In 2011, Korea was in crisis of blackout. Black out means that the electricity is off. It occurs when the electric use exceeds the electric supply. Korea Electric Power Corporation(KEPCO) cut off the electricity because electric power shortage was getting worse (Lendon). Recently, demand supply of electricity is serious, and one of the big causes that occupies summer demand of electricity is the use of air conditioner. Therefore, government’s restriction on the use amount of air conditioner is needed.

　Government should ban excessive use of air conditioner for three reasons. First, the use of air conditioner increases rapidly on summer.
