: Known MVP s/p valveoplasty, HTN, AP s/p PTCA, A.flutter, Gout, scrub typhus, CKD state 인 non-smoker, non-alcoholics인 자로 내원 19년 전 HTN 진단 후 regular medication 하였고 내원 10년 전 MVP 진단하 본원
