ILD는 제한성 형태 (TRC, FRC, residual volume 등이 감소)
- FEV1과 FVC 감소 (TLC의 감소와 연관)
- FEV1/FVC 비는 정상이거나 증가
- 일부 질환 (예, tuberous sclerosis)에서는 폐쇄성 형태로 나타난다.
(2) 확산증 (diffuse capacity)
- 일산화탄소의 폐확산능 (DLCO) 감소
