Article 14. Force Majeure

(2) one Party is proved to be in the lack of capacity of holding exhibition or fails to perform a material duty to hold this exhibition

Article 11 (Termination)
The Parties can terminate this Agreement in the event of the occurrence as follows:
(1) Owner or Contractor breaches a clause of this Agreement materially
(2) Contractor is proved to be in the lack of capacity of building in

he Agent with respect to the subject matter hereof. No amendment, modification or alteration of any term of this Agreement shall be binding on either party unless the same shall be made in writing, and executed by or on behalf of the parties hereto.
