Introduction
There are number of factors that have impacts on tourism and hospitality industry of the whole country. To be more specific, issues regarding to ethnicity, gender and age are the most important of those factors that can influence the employment of the nation’s industry. Gefen(2007) stated that understanding the difference among the employees within the organisation has become a serious issues in these days. And he also mentioned that the difference between genders is one of the hot issues within the human resource management plans. Not only the gender issue but differences of individual identity have a number of impacts on the employment of tourism industry. Hofstede (2001) mentioned of the ‘Uncertainty avoidance’. According to him, he stated it as “extent to which members of a society attempt to cope with anxiety by minimizing uncertainty. This means, people are likely to avoid the people who have a different identity. More problems are occurring within the employment of the tourism industry
