B.5. Transfer of risks
The buyer must bear all risks of loss of or damage to the goods from the time
they have been delivered in accordance with A4.
The buyer must, should he fail to fulfil his obligations in accordance with B2, bear
all additional risks of loss of or damage to the goods incurred thereby.
The buyer must, should he fail to give notice in accordance with B7, bear all risks
of loss of or damage to the goods from the agreed date or the expiry date of the
agreed period for delivery provided, however, that the goods have been duly
appropriated to the contract, that is to say, clearly set aside or otherwise identified
as the contract goods.
B.5 위험의 이전
매수인은 물품이 A4에 따라 인도된 때로부터 물품에 대한 멸실 또는 손상의 모든
위험을 부담하여야 한다.
매수인은 B2에 따른 자신의 의무를 이행하지 못한 경우에는, 그것에 의해서 생긴 물
품의 멸실 또는 손상의 모든 추가위험을 부담하여야 한다.
매수인은 B7에 따른 통지를 하지 못한 경우에는 인도를 위하여 합의된 일자 또는 합
의된 기간의 만기일로부터 물품에 대한 멸실 또는 손상의 모든 위험을 부담하여야 한
다. 다만, 그 물품이 계약에 정히 충당되었다는 것, 즉 계약물품으로서 명확히 구분해
두거나 기타의 방법으로 특정되어 있는 것을 조건으로 한다.
B.6. Division of Costs
The buyer must pay
all costs relating to the goods from the time they have been delivered in
accordance with A4 ; and
all additional costs incurred if he fails to fulfil his obligations in accordance with
B2, or to give notice in accordance with B7, provided, however, that the goods
have been duly appropriated to the contract, that is to say, clearly set aside or
otherwise identified as the contract goods ; and
B.6. 비용의 분기
매수인은 다음과 같은 비용을 지불하여야 한다.
- 물품이 A4에 따라 인도된 때로부터 그 물품에 관한 모든 비용, 그리고
- 물품이 계약에 정히 충당되었다는 것, 즉 계약물품으로서 명확히 구분해 두거나 기
타의 방법으로 특정되어 있는 것을 조건으로, 매수인이 B2에 따라 자신의 의무를 이행
하지 못하거나. 또는 매수인이 B7에 따른 통지를 하지 못한 경우에 생긴 모든 추가비
용, 그리고
B.7. Notice to the seller
The buyer must, whenever he is entitled to determine the time within an agreed
period and/or the point of taking delivery in the named place, give the seller
sufficient notice thereof.
B.7. 매도인에의 통지
매수인은 합의된 기간내의 시기 및/또는 지정된 장소에서의 인수지점을 결정할 권한
을 가지고 있는 경우에는 매도인에게 이에 대한 충분한 통지를 하여야 한다.
B.8. Proof of delivery, transport document or equivalent electronic message
The buyer must accept the delivery order or the transport document in accordance
with A8.
B.8. 인도증명운송서류 또는 이와 상응하는 전자통신문
매수인은 매도인의 의무 제8항의 규정에 따라 적절한 화물인도지시서 또는 운송서류
를 인수하여야 한다.
B.9. Inspection of goods
The buyer must pay the costs of any pre-shipment inspection except when such
inspection is mandated by the authorities of the country of export.
B.9. 물품의 검사
매수인은 그러한 검사가 수출국의 당국에 의하여 명령되는 경우를 제외하고, 선적전
검사비용을 지급하여야 한다.
B.10. Other obligations
The buyer must render the seller, at the latter's request, risk and expense, every
assistance in obtaining any documents or equivalent electronic message issued or
transmitted in the country of import which the seller may require for the purpose
of making the goods available to the buyer in accordance therewith.
B.10 기타 의무
매수인은 매도인의 요청에 따라, 매도인의 위험과 비용으로 수입국에서 발행 또는 발
송되고, 또한 그것에 따라서 매도인이 물품을 매수인에게 제공하는데 요구되는 모든 서
류 또는 이에 상응하는 전자메시지를 취득함에 있어서 모든 협조를 매도인에게 제공하
여야 한다.
