Leadership : an ability which a leader must have.
Analyzing reason - Leadership is easy to think as the thing only for the people of special positions.
- But Leadership has an important role in organizations of small scale.
Also, even in a firm, the most representative organization, the wall of classes is crumbling, so we will have more opportunities to use Leadership.
So, by analyzing the leadership of former GE`s CEO, Jack Welch who is the typical sample of Leadership
how his leadership motivated employees
- how it ultimately attributed to the company`s profit creation.
