Subject : Performing and Documenting Analytical Investigation
목 적: 의심스러운 시험 결과에 대한 분석 조사 과정을 정의하고, 원인이 실험실 오류에 있는지 결정하는 방법과 그 근본 원인을 결정하는 방법을 제공한다.
Purpose : To define the process for analytical investigations of a suspect analytical result, and to define how to determine if the suspect analytical result is due to laboratory error and if so, determine the root casuse.

Clarify the roles (e.g., QC for QCL, QCL supervisor) and responsibilities.
- 동일하거나 유사한 제품의 배치 이력에 대한 정보 검토를 추가한다.
Add a requirement for including a review of historical data on batches of the same or similar products.
- 분석조사 보고서에 재발 방지 대책에 대한 내용을 요구사항으로 명시한다.
Clearly state the requirement for documenting the corrective actions in the analytical investigation report.
