Bank Street has the unique opportunity to champion progressive education and, in realizing that ambition, has to look at the currency of its message and the effectiveness of articulating it both internally and externally.
(Bank Street는 진보적인 교육을 주장할 수 있는 굉장한 기회를 가지고 있다. 그리고 그런 야망을 깨달았을 때 메시지의 흐름과 내외적으로 그것을 분명하기 말하는 효율성이라는 면을 지켜봐야 한다.)
To communicate our vision,
the School will demonstrate and communicate the theory and practice, of the Bank Street approach to teaching and learning to both its internal and external constituencies; and develop ways to publicize its position on current issues in American education.
(우리의 비전을 교류하기 위해,
학교는 내적 외적인 요소들을 가르치고 배우는 Bank Street의 접근법의 이론과 관습을 증명하고 교류해야할 것이다. 그리고 미국 교육에 있어 현재의 문제들에 관한 위치를 공표할 방법을 만들어야 할 것이다.)

① develop a communications plan targeted at building the School’s visibility as a leading model of excellence in progressive education

To build the financial capability necessary to meet our needs and strategic aspirations,
the School will move development efforts to the forefront through incremental investment in staff and systems; and broaden community understanding of the need for fundraising.
