competent cell을 통해 직접 형질 전환을 유도해 봄으로서 유전자 재조합의 기초를 이해할 수 있었다. Competent cell을 직접 제작해 볼 수 있었으면 좋았을 텐 데 그러지 못한 점이 아쉬움으로 남는다.
