A : Hello, Mr. Kim. How are you doing? I very much regret to mention that we have recently received a number of complaints from our customers about the Color TV Sets because of its delayed delivery.
B : Fine. Have a seat. I have your letter of July 5 relating to that matter. I am sorry very much that we have not yet been able to fill your order.
A : What's the problem, Mr. Kim? It's been long overdue, you understand.
B : Due to the shortage of raw material, we have not continued to produce these pieces for the last several weeks. But we have been supplied with enough material to manufacture the goods and will be able to make delivery of the pieces within a next few days.
A : That's good. But I would like to ask you to dispatch the goods to our customer direct in order to save time.
