The problem of obesity in Western society and attitudes to overweight people are increasing concern. It is clear that fast food is not so good for our health because fast food contains lots of sodium, fat and cholesterol, and these ingredients make us overweight. Overweight also could increase risk of heart attack, cancer and diabetes and problems breathing. The firm, Super size Me, followed a man who only ate McDonald's food for a month. His health worsened during the month, showing the harmful effects of eating fatty fast-food. Furthermore, there is society’s negative attitude towards obesity. For example, many people criticize fat people because they think whether people eat fast food or not are an individual choice and fat people fail to have moderate food habit and they are not willing to work out.
