Activities of daily living)은 자가 간호 능력, 가정관리 유지능력, 보행 검사 등을 통해 일상적인 근력과 활동성을 측정한다. 각 능력 측정을 위한 분류에 따른 행위가 가능한지 여부를 평가하는 방식이다.
