the field which has large effects by investment of R&D such as knowledge-based services (consulting, survey and advertising, etc.) and technology-based services (content, IT, research and development services, etc.)
Finally, the government need to support the professional education because the
advanced workforce which has capability and professionalism is lack in service sector. The professional have to develope through the advanced education and cooperation between firms and universities and expansion of incentives. For example, the competitiveness of service sector will be increased by improving the english skill of employees. As a result, Sales will be risen in IT, content and tourism due to advantages of English communication skill. In addition, the scale of market will expands and the global competition will be improve through the reinforcement of design of corporate capability and the supply of the advanced workforce in the design industry.
