1. Introduction_ Characteristic of media labor
John Stuart Mill said that the era when economic growth is impossible will be so on to
come and that time, people will try to study history and cultivate culture rather than develop
the economy in order to make an advance. To his observation, people who had an identity as a
working subject were menaced in their reason for being because of introduction of machines.
(Woo, 2012) So people started to find their new identity as a Homo Ludens breaking from
traditional concept. As a result, the concept of labor has been also changing. There was
appearance of labor related amusement. This changing mode have produced an entirely new
situation. (NO, 2015) Emergency of creative, immaterial working is an important points of
contemporary transformations of labor. (Gill,R and Pratt 2008) In this aspect, especially media
labor is the representative of creative labor because it produced information, value and symbols.
(Seo, 2012) Not only media work changed the concept of labor, but also it changed the concept
of workers identity. Workers become personalized subject. (Park, 2011)
