s takes time. A good guideline is to drink less sodas and juices. These have lots of calories. So try to drink more water instead of sodas and juices. Stop eating when you feel full. Instead of eating junk food, eat more fruits and vegetables. And of course you should start exercising. Choose something that you like to do.
