서울성곽을 중심으로 재밌는 지형도를 그리고 있는 창신동에서 길을 잃지 않기 위한 지도를 제작하고 그 지도위에 동네를 설명할 수 있는 동네영웅들을 만나 이야기를 채워 넣는다.

매일 6호선 이태원역에서 내리고 타는 다양한 인종의 사람들이나 집 앞의 작은 공장에서 일하는 이주노동자들은 새삼스럽지 않을 익숙한 풍경이다. 오히려 어느 날 우연히 들른 이태원 이슬람사원 뒤편에 있는 비디오 가게 주인이 ‘아랍권 비디오를 갖다놓지도 않을뿐더러 ‘그런사람들’은 가게안으로 들어오지도 못하게 한다‘라고 말하는 데에서 우리의 무심하고 무식한 글로벌 감수성을 눈치챈다.그 비디오 가게에 우리는 어떤 패널티를 줄 수 있을 것인가?
