The present society and forthcoming future society is so called knowledge society. Or the change of society becomes to be progressed fast than the past. Drucker as the conscious intellectual of present time through this book focuses on not only the adaptation way but also the moderners’ efforts to do valuable work in future society. This book divides into 5 chapters. Especially Drucker stresses knowledge worker. So the object of this book informs how the knowledge workers work in their organization and how they manage themselves.

In 1 chapter, as he depicts the process of society change, the next society will become knowledge society, he names the knowledge workers as supreme asset within organization. In 2 chapter, to depict the meaning of knowledge workers, he depicts how workers work is the shape of knowledge workers. In 3 chapter, he advises the method of managing oneself as the professional. In 4 chapter, he suggests the fundamental methods to be professional. In 5 chapter, he focuses on the motive on why workers have to do self-realization. I am to write in accordance with chapter.

In western history, rapid change is generated once over centuries. In turnover period, a view of the world, basic view of value, social and political structure, the view of art, and all social structures are restructured.
