Introduction
Nowadays, members of language teaching profession have a wider choice of textbooks to choose from than ever. The study of textbook development has also improved the quality of the textbooks. There are so many good textbooks out there, but many teachers still have a hard time selecting a good, appropriate textbook for their teaching context. The checklist I designed provides a useful guideline for evaluating ESL (English as a Second Language) textbook.
